PHELPS DODGE TOWER 2001Able Steel Fabricators, Inc. has been family owned and operated since its inception. Charles “Chuck” Clark, Jr. and Charles “Jim” Clark Sr. started Able Welding in 1975 incorporating as Able Steel Fabricators in 1981.

Over the years the projects have continued to grow in size, number, and complexity, driven by Chuck Clark’s vision to be “the best damn steel construction company in the southwest.”
