Able Steel has a special next door neighbor, which is a vital part of providing protection for our surrounding communities. Our neighbor is The Mesa Public Safety Training Facility, located at 3260 North 40th Street. Able Steel helps support this training facility through ongoing involvement with the staff. Through out the years, members of the facility going through fire training have utilized our facility for live demonstrations, regarding the numerous types of situations and materials that can be encountered in a steel fabrication environment. Able Steel has furnished equipment and manpower, when required, in aiding the staff for various training exercises. Donations of scrap wood and old dunnage are used for staging various types of live demonstration fires for training. We have also provided fabricated fixtures for their use in staging various training exercises. The facility has a 7- story tower that is utilized for fire training, as well as fitness exercising.  

Able Steel commends, and salutes the members that dedicate their careers and lives to serving and protecting the communities and people that they serve. 

We look forward to providing ongoing support to this Public Safety Training Facility.
