Supporting Student Training In Welding Technology

Able Steel firmly believes in education and the implementation of innovative Technology.  For numerous years now, Able Steel has provided various steel remnants, for class training at a number of Arizona institutes.  These remnant donations include sections of wide flange beams, channel, tube steel, angle, pipe, flat bar, and plate.  This variety of materials gives the welding instructors the ability to provide the students in having "hands on" involvement in the cutting of; then fitting and the welding of all of the numerous types of mild steel connections, per AWS-Welding Procedures and Specifications.  Over the years Able Steel has provided employment to students that have graduated from these welding classes.  We urge Fabricators to utilize students graduating from these schools, not only from the welding classes, but all students wanting involvement and progression in our trade.  On a regular basis materials are provided by Able Steel to the following Educational Institutes located in Mesa Arizona:
 
East Valley Institute Of Technology.                    Mesa Community College.

Red Mountain High School.                                Mountain View High School.
