Q: How long have you been employed with Able Steel?
A: Since March of 1983

Q: What has kept you working at Able for so long?
A: The challenges keep increasing.

Q: Why do you enjoy working here?
A: The logistics of putting a new building in place is very interesting; there has always been something new to do its just a good place to work.

 

Q: What is your most memorable experience while being a part of Able & why?
A: Putting a crane on top of Terminal 4, as well as the completion of Tempe Center for the Arts which was quite challenging.

 

 

                        

Q: Throughout your career here, what have been your roles?
A: I started out as a Detailer, then moved into Project Management, then to Estimating for 3 years, back to Project Manager for 10 years and now in my current position as a Senior Project Manager.

Q: Where do you see yourself within the next 5 – 10 years?
A: Doing what I am currently doing as long as I stay healthy, learning and sharing the knowledge whenever someone may be interested.

Q: What are your hobbies or what do you enjoy doing when you are outside of Able?
A: I enjoy reading, hiking & jogging.

Q: Is there something that no one knows about you or anything you would like to share?
A: Although being in the Steel Industry for many years now, I have never in my life welded or even touched a weld stinger.

Q: What are your plans for the Holidays?
A: As usual we stay at home and have Christmas dinner, open presents with the family and then my wife and I will be heading out to San Diego for a few days.
